Elders
Our elders at FN
Day-to-day decisions and operations are handled by staff but we depend on our elders for overall guidance. Our elders serve our church family so that major decisions and direction are never left up to a single person alone.
Elders serve a 3 year term and meet monthly to discuss issues, look for ways to serve and shepherd the church, and to pray.
Elders are nominated by anyone in our church family; you can nominate someone by contacting any of the current elders listed below. Once nominated, these potential elders go through training and then the church family as a whole is asked to confirm them.
