Movement, meditation and prayer
Join us on the first and third Tuesdays of the month for a quiet time of movement and meditation. As you are led through gentle movements you will also be lead through spiritual exercises, resulting in a space that you can breathe and let go of the stress and hurt you are holding.
Everyone is welcome
No matter your fitness level or physical well-being, there is something for everyone here. All you need is to wear comfortable clothing.
