The angels’ song
This morning is our third song recorded in Luke as part of the Christmas story: the angels’ song. A heavenly host, thousands of messengers, break forth out of the dark night – heaven simply couldn’t contain this song. Craig will be speaking about this passage this morning at church.
Today’s reading is by Esther Crawford, you can play it below.

Esther Crawford is retired from the North Little Rock School District, where she was the Administrative Director of Elementary Education. She still works part-time at UALR, supervising students who are early childhood education majors. On Sundays, you can find her running the First Impressions team, which includes our greeters and ushers. It’s a perfect place for her, because Esther never met a stranger, and she loves to greet everyone with a smile and a hug.
